
Everyday Favorite Smoothie
Smoothies are an excellent way to obtain important nutrients. With busy schedules sometimes is hard to get all that goodness each day. Be sure to always add greens and protein to your smoothies to insure that it is a well balanced meal. Blueberry Banana Smoothie 1/2 frozen banana 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1-3 cups of fresh spinach (depending on preference) 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp nut/seed butter 1 1/2 cup cold liquid (water, milk, almond/soy milk) 1 serving
