Prenatal Yoga

Designed for the prenatal women to connect with breath, body & baby. This yoga is designed with postures & breathing techniques that can help prepare your body for birth by releasing tension, improving circulation, strengthening pelvic floor & uteriun muscles, elevate fatigue, aid digestion & release back tension.

  • No experience necessary

  • Learn the fundamentals of safe yoga practice, specifically for the prenatal body

  • 1 hour 

  • Classes offered weekly

  • Private session in your own home

  • All props including mats are included

Mom & Baby Yoga

Curating a bonding experience with mom & baby, this yoga sequence is designed as a casual, fun & safe practice. This flow will help strengthen & support your postpartum body, allowing for some time for mom & connecting with the community

  • No experience necessary

  • Learn the fundamental of safe yoga practice, specifically for the postpartum body

  • 1 hour 

  • Group class sessions start every 6 weeks 

  • Drop ins

  • Private session in your own home

  • All props including mats are included
