Extra Energy Snack Balls



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds


Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in large bowl

2. Mix until well combined

3. Roll in 1inch balls and place on parchment paper

or

3. Press into 8x8 pan lined with wax paper

4. Set in fridge or freezer for 15min. If made into pan, cut into bite size pieces.

5. Store in an air tight container in fridge
