1/4 cup sunflower butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
3.5 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups puffed quinoa
Mix together sunflower butter, maple syrup & cocoa powder until a thick paste forms. Add in puffed quinoa & mix well. Mixture will be sticky, shape into bite size balls, using the palms of your hands, press firmly to shape.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in fridge.
