Service Description

This Yoga class is a perfect opportunity for mom & baby to bond through movement. Catherine will safely guide you back into moving your postpartum body, by engaging through core breath & using safe postures to build strength, while encouraging mom to enjoy some much needed self care. This space is created so that anything goes, so that we can all feel comfortable, move together, laugh together, allow babies to be babies. Baby & Bump Yoga runs every Monday at 12:30pm, each session runs for 6 weeks. Sign up to reserve your mat! • Must have clearance from health care provider that it is safe to resume activities. • Fun & safe for all levels. • No make-up classes. • Class size is limited. • All props, including mats will be provided. • Drop in is available but does not guarantee space.
