Hummus



Ingredients

1 can Chickpeas

1/4 cup Aquafaba (chickpea water from can)

1/2 Lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 large clove (or 2 small) of Garlic, crushed

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Drain chickpeas, reserve 1/4 cup of water.

  2. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender

  3. Combine until smooth. If needed ad extra water.
